At 49, I spend most of my time looking after my 6 and 8-year-olds. In the past, I produced Radio and TV for food media companies, co-founded Milk Street, and, more recently, designed some aprons. Currently, I am pursuing a career in coaching. 7 is my favorite number.

Why me?

To be honest, my 40s challenged me both positively and negatively. I dealt with job loss, rebuilding my career, miscarriages, IVF, two births, death, motherhood, and deep inner work. I have been fortunate enough to work with therapists and healers. As I reached 49, something shifted: I realized that I wanted to combine my skills with my passion for personal growth. We all want to be seen, and we all need a person to talk to who accepts us as we are. So, here I am, doing what I want, with a little fear and a lot of excitement.
